    OFFICE OF RECIPIENTS RIGHTS

    The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has created a booklet called "Your Rights Handbook" for those receiving Public Mental Health Services in the state of Michigan. When you receive mental health services, Michigan's Mental Health Code and other laws safeguard your rights. If for some reason you feel those rights have been violated, the Office of Recipients Rights is the office that you need to contact.

    Grace Centers of Hope 
    A program in Pontiac that is free. It is a Christian/Evangelical ministry. It includes housing, counseling, 12-step meetings, working in their thrift store.  Usually, when you call they always say they are full. We encourage people to call daily to show they are committed to the program. Anyone state-wide could apply.
